POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Manager is responsible for managing all operations tied to the branch including business development, customer relations, project management and administration. The Regional Manager is also responsible for leveraging the Blu SKY brand to develop relationships with other industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. The Regional Manager will also train, coach, motivate and lead all team members within the branch including Sales Estimators and Project Managers to ensure all revenue and customer service goals as well as Blu SKY Best Practices are being met or exceeded.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Sales and Business Development
Meet or exceed annual sales and profitability goals along with job types for their defined region to sustain Blu SKY growth
Generate new business opportunities by identify and fostering professional trade partner relationships/referral channels as follows:
Focus: insurance, property management, commercial, redevelopment and end users
Focus: direct insurance
repair programs, large loss adjusters, and claim managers
